Sodium has always been the blood pressure enemy… if you decrease your sodium intake and follow a well-balanced diet; you will notice better blood pressure readings.

Research shows that it is important to choose foods that are low in sodium but high in your other electrolytes like: calcium, magnesium and potassium.

Below I have a list of well- balanced foods that you can add to your diet to cut your risk of stroke and heart attack down 20-40%!

Well balanced foods:

1. White beans 2. Fish 3. Kiwi 4. Kale 5. Peaches 6. Broccoli 7. Quinoa 8. Sweet potatoes 9. Avocado
