Do you find yourself having chronic neck pain? Where do you think this pain come

from?

One place to look into... is your job!

Reflect on the body positions used while sitting at your desk. Do you find yourself leaning forward while viewing the computer screen? Yep, I know you do!

Unknowingly, you are creating a forward head posture. The forward head posture causes unhealthy alignment of the entire body. But today our point of discussion is the neck, so let’s focus on the neck pain caused by forward head posture.

Forward head posture causes pain in the back of your neck secondary to tightness.

To prevent forward head posture be sure to use correct posture and body mechanics in work setting.

Well I have to head to work now, so tomorrow I will inform you on how to correct this problem.
