Have you ever wondered if a natural cure for diabetes exists?
Of course it depends on what type; Type 1 or Type 2. Resistance training helps with both cases, but Type 2 is the form of Diabetes that is curable in some cases.
Resistance training actually helps controls insulin levels and decrease symptom’s occurrence.

Resistance Training is the one of the best forms of treatments for diabetes.
During resistance training the muscles increases insulin sensitivity which causes glucose engulfment; known as muscle supplementation. Instead of feeding off fat, the muscles replenish with good old sugar called “glucose”.
Therefore resistance training is a key component to balancing your glucose levels.

The muscles begin to starve during exercise and start to feed off the glucose at a higher level than usual, which is needed when you are hyperglycemic. Now if you are hypoglycemic you have been careful with resistance training and do more cardio because the cardio will actually help slow the decline in glucose levels unlike resistance training.
This is the reason I always recommend both cardio and resistance training to my diabetic clients, they work great together when balancing blood sugar levels.
Following a customized well balance meal plan and a customized resistance/cardiovascular training regimen, are the key components to depleting diabetes naturally.
