Fitness Nightmare!

Thanks to my beloved trooper for this hilarious experience!

Today is a great day! The sun is out, and the wind blowing; not too hot nor too humid, just right.

Earlier this morning I was thinking about burning some stubborn fat this evening, so I proceeded to. You know I couldn't do it alone, so I invited the Fat Furnace Program troops to come and enjoy the “fun”.

Upon arrival, to the infamous Dope Campbell Stadium; a rush infiltrated my body, at this point I begin to question my motives.

Are we really ready to go to war with fat today; are we equipped with proper weapons? The eyes of troops displayed fear and uncertainty. Therefore, my leadership ability became relevant; I must lead the troops to victory over fat. So I asked, are you guys prepared for war today?

Everyone responded “yes” with conviction, and then I asked what did you bring with you?

One person shouted a 44 oz diet coke! I was appalled and quiet in shock, (did she really just say this) I responded with a question of disbelief; “are you serious”? She changed her mind quickly after noticing my response.

Guess what she said/did, you wouldn't believe it? She said in a sweet but pleading voice, “but its low calories”.

I started laughing without her notice; her guilt caused an unusual reaction next; she decided to make a bold move and place the soda back in her car. She walked to the trunk, moments later the trunk closed; I notice, in her possession is an old half empty water bottle: ( it was kind of funny lol) old water is better than soda any day!

No judging… old water vs. dehydration; what would you choose in this situation?

This is a trainer’s nightmare: never tell your trainer (me of course) that you drink soda period; especially if you are thinking about drinking it to hydrate yourself during the workouts! This is an absolute No, No; secondary dehydration will be knocking at your door before you can blink.
