During a normal browse routine of corporate real estate,
I noticed something interesting. A group of

focused professionals working in unison as if they synchonized daily routines. Everyone was doing the same exact thing at once; isn’t that amazing. Imagine a group of individuals functioning like robots, when one person move, the other person move, when one person talk, the other person talk, pretty freaky right? As a typical observant, I observed high productivity, at its best. But thinking as a fitness & health expert, something didn’t look right. I ask my self, “Why these people look like they been sitting non-stop for hours? This can’t be heathy!
Did you know, for every hour you sit, you are cutting 2 hours of your lifespan?
Get your butt up!
Stop chilling and sitting on your rear so much, inactivity is against our DNA. Humans are built to move around, stand, and rest lying down; not sit in a chair all day!
Everything is so convenient now; we drive one block to the store, we park right in front of the mall, and now we sit down for 8 devastating hours at work! What's going on in the world today?
One of the the reasons why I hate watching T.V today, is advertisements! Every commercial has subliminal messages that mentally engages our hunger to consume. Now look...we are suffering from obesity and diabetes. Have any idea where that come from? The tasty commercials that persuades you to crave sugar and grease!
Stand Up
Sitting down is killing more people than smoking cigarettes!
Think about it, sitting causes a decrease in metabolism and increase in obesity. Now you are more suceptible to hypertension, cancer, diabetes, heart problems.
Don't allow your career to widen your rear!

The biggest variable that prevents fat production, is non exercise thermogenesis.

Basically, to burn calories you have to keep your metabolism high.
A farmer will burn more calories than a typical worker; the prolonged activity raises body temperature causing caloric burn.
Previously, I mentioned that sitting all day goes against human DNA.
Think about this...why you think it is impossible to sit kids down all day?
They can’t help it, it is in their DNA to keep moving and staying active; but the health sector call excessive activity ADHD, no wonder obesity is the new epidemic!
Let me show how to add years to your life!
I never recommend going to the gym as the solution to this problem. I recommend living an overall active lifestyle, eating a well balanced diet, plus going to the gym to offest the prolonged sitting effect.
Volitional training is not the answer; it is the overall active lifestyle that counts.
Research proves that everyone should get up to stretch and move around every hour of the day. Try this please, it does wonders... trust me!
1. Stay active, follow a safe exercise routine, and eat a balanced diet.
2. If for some reason you don’t want to exercise, walk at least 10,000 steps a day and you will see a tremendous influx in calories burned each day.
3. Ideally, you want to burn off as much of the unbeneficial consumption as possible, to keep your body in its healthiest state: non exercise thermogenesis!
