The sound of a angry parent or
in my case; angry spouse.
I don’t know about you,but my spouse, hate this crap; especially when the seat is up! Wow, just had a crazy thought; being in the dog house isn’t fun at all. Ok, no need to lecture on proper flushing etiquette; should I presume? Let me enlighten you on how to flush
properly.

Did you think, I was talking about... flushing the toilet?
Nope, this is completely about you. Are you flushing your system out periodically to get rid of the waste you eat? If you not, you should be; your body is possibly holding a lot of cancerous toxins, and other waste that need to be eradicated; NOW! Essentially,you should detox at the least once every 6 months.
Don’t forget H2O! Daily flushing is important as well.
Drink at least 6-8 cups of water daily, to prevent dyhydration and create the flushing effect.

Okay Let’s Do This
This what I need you to do daily:
First thing in the morning boil water or place water in the microwave for about 5 min
Place All Natural Green Tea Bag in hot water
You can put a drip of honey for sweetening if you like
Cut up a couple of slices off the garlic clove- chopped
Place garlic in tea
Then drink it!
You can even use this flusher as a morning stimulate to wake up instead of coffee, I do! Drink it with your breakfast if you like, or before breakfast.
Enjoy your clean pancreas, your new decreased blood pressure, your stabilized sugar levels and your healthy heart!
